My name is Saniha Avramova and I am the creator and manager of Carino Natural – a natural cosmetics brand created with love for the skin and respect for nature.

Education and career path

I graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", majoring in Ecochemistry (Bachelor's, 2011–2015) and Medicinal Chemistry (Master's, 2015–2017). The topic of my thesis was:
„Synthesis and characterization of ruthenium complexes with terpyridine and 2,4-dithiohydantoins" under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anife Ahmedova - a project focusing on potential antitumor activity.

Over the years, I have gained experience in established companies:
– Actavis AD – internship in the Quality Directorate (analysis of drugs before market launch).

- Nestlé AD - "Innovations and Renovations" department - development of new products and optimization of processes.

– Pantelei Toshev OOD – “New Developments” department, with a focus on beverages, emulsions and concentrates.

How Carino Natural was born

As someone with sensitive skin, I started looking for cosmetics that were both effective and clean. I couldn’t find what I was looking for – so I started creating my own products. In 2019, I became passionate about the cold process method of soap making, which preserves the beneficial substances of plant oils such as cocoa, coconut, shea and extra virgin olive oil.

After months of experimentation and research, I created my first products, which marked the beginning of Carino Natural – a brand of handmade cosmetics without compromising on ingredients.

Carino Natural is not just my work. Behind the success are other inspired people:

– Ibraim Asanov – product photography
– Simona Asanova – language editing of the texts

Personally for me

I love nature. In the summer I grow vegetables, in the fall I pick mushrooms, in the winter I ski, and at any time I can go fishing. These hobbies help me relax, recharge, and draw inspiration for new formulas. And most importantly, they remind me why we do all this: To create cosmetics that are close to nature and gentle on you.

In a world where the chemical industry is growing rapidly, pollution is also increasing. More and more people are suffering from allergies and sensitive skin, often provoked by synthetic ingredients.
