We are seriously committed to the security of your personal data and rights, with all customers and users of www.carinonatural.com available, according to the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (EU) 2016/679 and our national Data Protection Act. The customers of our e-shop provide their personal data, which Carino Natural EOOD processes in its capacity as a personal data administrator, with all the ensuing obligations.

All users of our e-commerce page www.carinonatural.com, who wish to register, provide their chosen e-mail address, combined with the following categories of personal data:

Who do we share your personal information with?
Internally, within the organization of Carino Natural EOOD, your personal data is accessed by a very limited number of employees, who use them only for the above purposes and in the performance of their official duties. Your personal data is stored on electronic media, as we have introduced a number of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data: SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer is a protocol that provides encryption of the connection between our e-shop and the browser (i.e. personal data subjects). Information transmitted through such a connection is protected from unauthorized access and interception), complex passwords with frequent change, periodic technical support of the e-shop, trainings on personal data protection, observance of established good practices, etc.
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:

On what basis do we process your personal data?
Carino Natural Ltd. processes your personal data on the basis of: art. 6, para. 1, b. b of the General Regulation Personal Data Protection, namely: the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract. In limited cases, the processing is based on the legitimate interest of Carino Natural EOOD (eg. for marketing), except where such interests take precedence over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
How long do we store personal data?
Carino Natural EOOD stores users, personal data for so long, as necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this Privacy Notification or to be observed requirements of lawful. The duration of storage of your personal data depends on the purposes of the processing, for which they are collected. In the most general case, the personal data that we process in order to administer the account you have registered, are stored for the duration of the account (until it is deleted by you). Please note that certain personal data may continue to be stored by Carino Natural EOOD and after deleting the account, e.g. personal data appearing in invoices issued by Carino Natural EOOD. The legal term for keeping the accounting documentation implicitly obliges us to continue to keep them. When placing an order, Carino Natural EOOD stores personal data for a period of 5 years (total limitation period).
What rights do you have in relation to your personal data and how to exercise it?
Personal data subjects have a number of rights, namely
